I have been giving this some thought. To be successful in crafting, you either need an enormous amount of skill or a very high quality blueprint. For higher level blueprints you will need both. For crafting items, you often need a wide range of component BPs.
High QR blueprints are very expensive to buy, but when we do a few clicks on a BP ourselves, the QR gain is not enough to get the best CoS possible. But... we are a soc! I would think it is great if we could re-use the QR that a fellow crafter has put on the BP. This will be good for the soc because it paves the road for the up and coming crafters and will lower the cost of crafting for 'us' in the long run. This would enable you to put your PED in the materials instead of the blueprints.
Would people be interested in borrowing my BPs to do their crafting? I will not charge for the use of the BP, but I will get a BP with a higher QR in return. This obviously does not go for the 100% QR BPs, but they are yours to use as well.
